Hey, it's a difficult job, but someone has to do it!
Please, kick off your shoes, pull up a nice, comfy chair, have a good vape, and relax. This is a social forum and website put up for all my friends in the other established forums in the vaping community.
I'd like to start by giving credit where credit is due....without ECF, and the beginnings it gave me into the world of vaping, I'd have never started this venture. This is where Emerald got it's start - a small social forum separate from the whole, but still intrinsicly tied into the whole.
The second Emerald City sprouted up in ecigreview, and the third in Vapers Forum. And now here we are, at the very beginnings of EC4 - the only stand alone City, with deep roots.
At present, my web site is still under construction. When finished, it will offer a full forum, chat room, and anything of interest in the world of vaping. Please, bookmark my site and promise to check in later to see who's here, what we're up to, and to relax with us.
